Our law firm was established over fifty years ago as a collection law firm. Over the years the firm's practice has grown from handling matters including retail collections and commercial collections to other creditors' rights issues including bankruptcy, commercial litigation, repossessions, civil litigation, foreclosures and construction law. The attorneys in the firm have over twenty-eight years of combined experience in collection law. Our service area includes the entire state of Florida and we maintain associations with collection attorneys in other geographic areas throughout the country.  We have in the past and continue to represent a number of banks, credit unions, healthcare practitioners, utilities, various collection agencies and businesses with their collection matters.
